Free, free, free! Who doesn't love to get something for free? I certainly do, and I bet that you do too! I often have giveaways and freebies on this blog, and showcase promotions and free items from Close To My Heart (CTMH). 

But... would you like to be in charge of earning your own freebies? And, not have to wait for my offers or CTMH's special promotions to get them? Well, you can! And there are a few ways to do it, offering tons of flexibility. Please scroll down and read them all, as there's sure to be something for everyone!

The quickest and easiest way to get free products in your hands, is by having a party! Yes, really! Parties, or Home Gatherings, as CTMH likes to call them, can be in-person or VIRTUAL. Anytime 2 or more people place and order, it counts as a party and can get you free product! So, how do parties work?

1. Home Gathering Party (In-Person)

This is the traditional type of party, where you invite a few girlfriends over to your house for a night out. I provide the crafting fun, you provide the guests, and if there is at least $150 in orders at the end of the night, YOU get to choose FREE products from the CTMH catalog! The party includes an introduction to CTMH, a quick walk-through of our catalog and products, and then a hands-on make-and–take session where guests can try out the products, possibly learn a new technique or two, and be able to leave with a finished product they can use right away! Online orders from guests who can't attend (or who live in another state), also count towards your party total! This party typically lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours.

This type of party is great for: those who like to entertain and have a group of family, friends, and-or colleagues who are looking for a girl’s night out. Those that want to try out the products in person.

2. Online Catalog Party (Virtual)

This is brilliant! You can host a party, without actually having one! When you let me know that you want to host a virtual party, I will set up a party with your name on it on my shopping website. We will set a date to open and close your party, and EVERY order that you, your friends, and family place during that date, will count towards sales for your party (2 or more people are required to place an order for it to count as a party). Parties of $150 or more in sales, will get you FREE product! The larger the party order, the more freebies for you! Everything is automated... you will be provided with the virtual invites, reminders, and thank-you emails… all you have to do is email everyone you want to invite and fill-in-the blanks!

Just imagine it... you scan the goodies on my shopping website and want them all, but don't want to pay for it. So you decide to email me and have me set up a virtual party. You tell your family, your friends, your coworkers. You email everyone you know and post on Facebook for all of your acquaintances to see. Between the dates you specify (usually over a one week period), people start to place orders in your party. You check at the end of the week and you have received a total of $450 in sales. You just earned yourself $80 in FREE products! Or maybe your party total came to $850... that's a cool $160 of FREE products delivered right to your door! This party typically has an open date of one week.

This type of party is great for: those who want the ease and convenience of online ordering. No house to clean for guests, no entertaining, and no friends that are too busy to attend! You can invite friends from anywhere in the U.S.! 

3. Facebook Party (Virtual)

A Facebook party is so much fun! It's like partying with your girlfriends at a traditional party, but without having to clean your house, leave your house, or even getting out of your pajamas if you don't want! 

I will set up a mutually agreed upon date and time via a special group event, and all you need to do is invite everyone you know! We will have an idea book scavenger hunt, short video demonstrations, and free prizes to keep the excitement and momentum going! When party sales reach a minimum of $150 or more, you will receive at least $25 in FREE products! This party typically lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

This type of party is great for: those who want to interact with a group of friends, but not necessarily by hosting them at home. Or, if your family and friends are spread out across the country, this is a great way to get them together for some fun!

Clubs are a great way to get the latest paper crafting supplies, build your stash of products, and get creative ideas and inspiration. And, you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home to join. If you live anywhere in the US, you are eligible to join one of my clubs!

This club is all about getting things done! You will create scrapbook layouts and cards utilizing Workshops On The Go (WOTG) scrapbook kits and cardmaking kits. We will also use the Picture My Life scrapbook series to delve into the world of pocket-style scrapbooking. Currently, all of these items add up to 17 different kits to choose from. You choose your own kit, and go at your own pace.

So, how does this all work? Easy! Each month you will choose one kit (any one you want) from the list of 17 kits below. The kits range in price from $24.95 - $29.95. 5. Scrapbooking Sue's Creative Workshops Club

Are you looking for a little more structure and support? The Creative Workshops Club is similar to the one above, except that there will be a pre-chosen kit that we will all purchase and work on each month. On your 6th month in the club (6 kits purchased), you will receive a stamp set of your choice (A-D size) totally FREE! This is also my own personal offer (not available through CTMH or other consultants)

In this club, we will focus on one of the kits shown above each month. There will be a YouTube video that I have made showing step-by-step how to assemble the WOTG kits, and a few bonus items that I have made from the left-over kit supplies. All done from the comfort of your own home. Why not get a few girlfriends together and start a local club!

6. Scrapbooking Sue's Hostess Rewards Club

If you are looking for the ultimate freedom to purchase ANYTHING from the current CTMH catalog and still earn FREE product, then this club is for you! In the Hostess Rewards Club, you spend a certain dollar amount each month (on any products you choose). Everyone in the club rotates turns at being the "Hostess" each month, and gets to collect the Hostess Rewards on their hosting month. Since sales each month must reach a minimum of $150 for CTMH to offer Hostess Rewards, here are the club choices:

Club 15: $15 a month for 10 months
Club 20: $20 a month for 8 months
Club 25: $25 a month for 6 months
Club 30: $30 a month for 5 months
Club 50: $50 a month for 3 months

These are product totals only, and are before any taxes and shipping charges.

You may join this club at any time and there is no commitment to stay in it. Your name will be added to the bottom of the list when you join, and will move closer to the top for every month that you place an order. The Hostess with their name on the top of the list that month, will receive the FREE Hostess Rewards! You may want to add a little more to your order when it is your turn to host (or collect some outside orders), to bump up your rewards!

What happens if you don't place an order one month? Well, your name simply goes back to the bottom of the list. Consistency is key to getting to the top and earning those rewards!
