Balloon Ride "First Class Fun" Card

Here is an "uplifting" card for you today. This card was made with the Balloon Ride Paper Packet from Close To My Heart and stamped with the "True To Life" stamp set. What I love, love, love about all of these paper packets that I've been showing, is that everything inside is meant to coordinate together! It really takes the guess work out of the equation. When you are standing at the massive paper racks in your local scrapbook store, it can often be overwhelming trying to decide on papers for a layout. With kits of papers, the colors are already made to match!

Just look at the layers and colors on this card... Everything matches perfectly!

All of the layers were cut from the Balloon Ride papers, and the First Class Fun sentiment was stamped with Sorbet ink onto Colonial White paper. Then it was cut out on the stamped lines and adhered to more of the patterened papers. The CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy set includes tag images that perfectly size and cut to this stamped image. You can go ahead and use those for EASY cutting and coordinating, or just trim around the paper edges to match your tag shape.

I punched out a hole in the tag to thread some hemp string through. You could also use some ribbon, washi tape, embroidery floss, etc. Then, I placed some foam tape on the back of the tag (to make it 3D) and adhered it to my card. Cute and fun strikes again!
